We know that returning unwanted or unsuitable items can be a pain! We want to make this process as quick and painless as possible!
If you don't like something or it doesn't fit, you have 30 days to return it to us for a refund.
Items purchased online can only be returned via post to AG Sports, 13 Belgard Grove, Patrickswell, Co. Limerick V94 AX7R.
If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange the return for you.
Where a product is determined faulty, we will refund any original delivery charges along with any additional postage costs incurred.
When making a return, keep in mind the following:
- You must provide proof of purchase for example, a receipt and/or order number.
- Once you have completed your return, you are responsible for keeping note of your tracking number.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can provide you with a “Certificate of Posting” as until we receive the parcel it is your responsibility.
- Please keep a photo of your order for return before posting for your records.
- Products must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all tags attached.
- Socks can only be returned if they are sealed and in their original packaging.
- Refunds can only be made onto the original payment method used.
- Online exchanges are not included in our returns policy. You can return online orders for refund.
If you have purchased from one of our stockists, you must deal with them in relation to returns or exchange and your purchase is subject to their returns policy.
Returning your order by Post
We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can provide you with a “Certificate of Posting” as until we receive the parcel it is your responsibility. Check with your local post office for charges as these may vary depending on weight and carriage.
Please fill in the section provided on your delivery docket for returns and include the entire document with the goods being returned. Goods should be returned to:

As soon as your return has been received and checked by our team, we’ll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items, contact us and we’ll help you out. Please have your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
Returns are usually processed on the day they are received back but please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over.
We will refund you by the same method as payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using credit or debit cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on goods returned by post, instead simply return the item and place a new order online.
